Policies

- General Policies & Information:
- Payment: Master Card, Visa, American Express,
or cash. Checks are accepted but must clear before arrival.
Checks will be for the cost of the room plus a security
deposit. Please call for the amount.
- Check-in: Between 4pm and 8pm. Please call for
early or late check-in.
- Check-out: 11:00am
- Smoking: Lions Gate Manor is non-smoking in its entirety, both
inside the manor and anywhere outside on the grounds.
A $300.00 fine will be assessed by charging the credit
card on file or retaining the cash deposit if evidence
of smoking or any damage is found
- Guests Per Room: Rooms are furnished with either
one King size or one Queen size luxury bed. Please call
if a rollaway bed is needed. Room rates are for single
or double occupancy. Add $10.00 for an additional third
person (maximum of 3 people in each room). Only one
rollaway bed will fit in most rooms.
- Children: Please contact us if you wish to bring children under 14.
Because of the lavish décor and the serene setting our ability to
accommodate children is limited.
- Pets: We are sorry, but we cannot accommodate pets.
- Visitors: Our guests are welcome to have visitors, but your
visitors are requested to leave the premises by 10:00pm.
- Rate Information:
- Rates do not include taxes.
- A $50.00 deposit per room per night will be charged on
credit cards within 24 hours of the reservation. The remainder
is due at check-in. It may be paid by credit card, debit card,
or cash. Checks will not be accepted at check-in.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Bulk Rentals (more than 3 rooms and/or more than 3 days)
- Normal Rentals (less than 3 rooms and/or less than 3 days)
- Prior to 48 hours of your check-in date:
- No penalty - but we will miss you.
- Within 48 hours of your check-in date:
- If we can re-rent your room: $20 handling fee per
night per re-rented room.
- If we cannot re-rent your room: Full room price for each
room(s) that cannot be re-rented.
- No shows:
- All no shows will be charged the full amount for the
days reserved.
